No. Every plan is billed monthly today — there is no annual price, no annual discount, and no multi-month commitment, so you can cancel any month without an early-termination cost. If you need annual invoicing or several seats, email [email protected] and we will look at it case by case; we would rather tell you that up front than list a plan we do not actually sell.

There is no automatic money-back guarantee. What exists is a refund request: from the billing page in your dashboard you can cancel, request a refund, or both. That opens a support ticket that a human reviews, and Stripe processes the refund if it is approved. Cancelling on its own stops future billing at the end of the current cycle.
